Membership Help Desk

The following tasks can be done by one or more people.
  • Staff the Membership Table to answer membership related questions and to accept membership purchases and seminar registrations. After the meeting, provide such purchases and registrations to the Secretary (or if the Secretary is not present the President, Vice President or Treasurer). If the person wants to pay using a credit card, refer them to one of the mobile payment clerks.
  • Monitor return of member badges at the conclusion of each meeting and place them in the storage cabinet.
